Villa Vista Verde
La Quinta, Marbella
Nalipemi carried out the full renovation of a three-storey Andalusian-style villa, located frontline to golf with sea views. The project is set on a 1,100 m² plot, with 600 m² built, and includes expansive terraces and outdoor areas that enhance the interior-exterior connection .
Construction and coordination of all trades was managed by Nalipemi, in collaboration with the other Miclijor Group companies. Lijomi took care of the interior design, while the project is particularly distinguished by the work of Madulmus, responsible for the bespoke carpentry: furniture, decoration, complete kitchen, built-in wardrobes, interior doors, access gates and pergolas surrounding the villa.
The finishing touches were completed with the involvement of Colpindec and the technical installations by Clindolec.
Villa Clara
Montemayor, Benahavís
Nalipemi delivered the construction of a newly built villa featuring an ultra-modern and functional design in Montemayor, Benahavís, offering breathtaking sea views in a natural and secluded environment. The plot spans 3,800 m², with a built area of 1,000 m².
The project was developed from an existing architectural concept, which Lijomi adapted to the client’s vision, selecting materials and overseeing the full project management. Nalipemi executed the construction, coordinating all specialised companies involved. As a standout feature, the villa includes a cantilevered infinity pool, making it one of the most distinctive and exclusive elements of the project.

Villa Los Arcos
Mijas
Nalipemi renovated this old Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas, completely transforming it while respecting its original character. Villa with 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and pool house in the same style. Our team retained some exterior features of the villa to honour the original design, demonstrating our sensitivity to the existing architecture.

Villa Del Monte
Cascada de Camoján, Marbella
Nalipemi will build a brand new villa with fantastic sea views in Cascada de Camoján, one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Marbella, often referred to as the Beverly Hills of Spain, set within a privileged natural and mountainous environment. The plot covers 2,700 m², with a built area of 1,000 m², incorporating unique features such as a cantilevered infinity pool and a large-capacity garage designed to house the owner’s classic car collection.
The project is being developed under the project management of Lijomi, with coordinated execution by the Miclijor Group companies: Madulmus (bespoke carpentry), Colpindec (painting finishes) and Clindolec (advanced technical installations). The design concept centres on the synergy between stone, wood, and concrete: natural local stone outdoors, Italian stone for flooring and countertops, and Woodstoxx façades. Internally,a minimal material palette ensures cohesion and spatial clarity, complemented by specialist finishes such as Claystuc and Aqua Sensa by Boss Paints. This stands as one of Nalipemi’s most technically ambitious and refined projects to date.

Villa Celestial
Marbella
Nalipemi will transform this abandoned villa into a modern luxury residence. Located within walking distance of the beach, the project is positioned as a strategic investment.
Demolition began at the end of January 2026, with completion scheduled for July 2027. Nalipemi will manage and execute the entire process, from demolition through to final delivery, coordinating all specialised trades.
Collaborating in perfect synergy with Miclijor Group: Lijomi provides architecture and project management, while Nalipemi coordinates the construction, integrating the specialised work of Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec. A complete transformation project that highlights our capability to deliver complex projects within defined timelines.

Villa Trópico
El Paraíso, Estepona
Nalipemi is currently undertaking the full renovation of a Spanish-style villa located in El Paraíso Barronal, just minutes from the beach. The project is set on a 920 m² plot, with 400 m² built, aiming to completely transform the property while preserving its original essence.
The architecture and project management are led by Lijomi, in coordination with the specialised companies involved in execution. A strong emphasis has been placed on creating a tropical atmosphere, with meticulous attention to materials, textures, and finishes. Highlights include Arte wallpapers and the application of the punto fino technique using Boss Paints, executed by Colpindec, adding a refined and artisanal character to the interiors.
Final delivery is expected shortly, positioning this as a high-end refurbishment where design, execution, and aesthetic sensitivity come together to revive a classic villa in one of the Costa del Sol’s most sought-after areas.

Villa Sueños
Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
Nalipemi will undertake the full transformation of an existing Spanish-style villa in Las Brisas. The project involves partial demolition to make way for a new residence built upon the existing structure, including necessary extensions to meet modern standards of design and comfort.This is an investment project carried out in partnership with a strategic partner.
Architecture and project mangement are led by Lijomi, working closely with the specialised companies responsible for execution. The plot spans 1,750 m², with the new villa reaching approximately 550 m² built.The result will be a fully reimagined residence that blends traditional character with a contemporary architectural vision.
