Villa Clara
Montemayor, Benahavís
Nalipemi carried out the construction of a brand new villa of ultra modern and functional design in Montemayor, Benahavís, with stunning sea views and a natural environment away from the urban noise. The plot has 3.800 m² and the property has 1.000 m² of constructed area.
The project was developed on the basis of an existing architectural plan, which Lijomi adapted to the needs and wishes of the client, selecting materials and taking on the overall direction and management of the project. Nalipemi executed the construction, coordinating all the specialised companies involved. As the most unique element, the villa incorporates a cantilevered infinity pool, becoming one of the most distinctive and exclusive features of the project.
Villa Vista Verde
La Quinta, Marbella
Nalipemi executed the complete renovation of a three-storey Andalusian-style villa, located on the golf course and overlooking the sea. The project is developed on a plot of 1,100 m², with 600 m² built, and includes large terraces and outdoor spaces that reinforce the connection between the interior and the surroundings.
The construction and coordination of all the trades was managed by Nalipemi, in collaboration with the companies of the Miclijor Group. Lijomi was involved in the interior design, while the project is particularly notable for the work of Madulmus, responsible for the made-to-measure carpentry: furniture, decoration, complete kitchen, built-in wardrobes, interior doors, access gates and pergolas surrounding the villa. The finishes were completed with the participation of Colpindec and the technical facilities of Clindolec, Lijomi also incorporates Lijomi's partner brands such as Miyazaki y Deltalight.

Marbella
Nalipemi designed and built a new swimming pool for a villa in Marbella. An example of how we execute specific projects with the same precision and quality that characterises our complete works. Every technical detail, from structural engineering to the final finish, was carefully planned and executed by our team.
Villa Los Arcos
Mijas
Nalipemi renovated this old Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas, completely transforming it while respecting its original character. Villa with 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and pool house in the same style. Our team retained some exterior features of the villa to honour the original design, demonstrating our sensitivity to the existing architecture.

Villa Del Monte
Camoján Waterfall, Marbella
Nalipemi will build a brand new villa with fantastic sea views in Cascada de Camoján, one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Marbella, often referred to as the "Marbella of the sea". Beverly Hills of Spain, in a privileged setting between nature and mountains. The plot covers 2,700 m² and the house will have 1,000 m² built, incorporating unique elements such as a cantilevered infinity pool and a large capacity garage for the owner's collection of classic cars.
The project is being developed under the direction and site management of Lijomi, with the coordinated implementation of the companies of the Miclijor Group: Madulmus (made-to-measure carpentry), Colpindec (paint finishes) and Clindolec (advanced technical installations). The project integrates a material concept focused on the synergy between natural stone, wood and concrete: local natural stone for exteriors, unpolished Italian stone for floors and worktops, and wooden facades. Woodstoxx. In interiors, a minimal selection of materials ensures continuity and spatial fluidity, complemented by special Claystuc and Aqua Sensa painting techniques from Boss Paints and the integration of partner brands such as Deltalight. Maintenance will be carried out by Limantecon. One of the most unique and technically demanding projects undertaken by Nalipemi to date.

Villa Celestial
Marbella
Nalipemi will transform this dilapidated former Spanish villa into a modern luxury residence. The project, located within walking distance to the beach, is an investment for an investment firm.
We start demolition at the end of January 2026, with final handover scheduled for July 2027. Nalipemi will manage and execute the entire construction, from initial demolition to handover of keys, coordinating all skilled trades.
We work in perfect synergy with the Miclijor Group: Lijomi provides architecture and site management, while Nalipemi coordinates the construction, integrating the specialised work of Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec. A complete transformation project that demonstrates our ability to manage complex works with defined deadlines.

Villa Trópico
El Paraíso, Estepona
Nalipemi is carrying out the complete renovation of an old Spanish-style villa located in El Paraíso Barronal, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The project is developed on a plot of 920 m², with a constructed area of 400 m², and aims to completely transform the house while maintaining its original essence.
The architecture and project management are the responsibility of Lijomi, in coordination with the various specialised companies involved in the execution. Special emphasis has been placed on creating a tropical atmosphere, taking care of every detail in materials, textures and finishes. The wallpapers by Arte and the application of the fine stitch technique with Boss paints, executed by Colpindec, stand out, giving the interior spaces a sophisticated and handcrafted character.
The final handover of the property is expected shortly, consolidating this project as a high level rehabilitation where design, execution and aesthetic sensibility are integrated to give new life to a classic villa in one of the most sought after areas of the Costa del Sol.

Villa Sueños
Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
Nalipemi will develop the integral transformation of an old Spanish-style villa in Las Brisas, which will be partially demolished to make way for a new home built on top of the existing structure, incorporating the necessary extensions to bring it up to current standards of design and comfort. This is an investment project carried out together with a long-term strategic partner.
The architecture and construction management is being carried out by Lijomi, in coordination with the various specialised companies responsible for the execution of the project. The plot has a surface area of 1,750 m², while the new villa will have a built area of approximately 550 m², giving rise to a completely renovated residence that combines traditional character and a new contemporary architectural vision.
