Villa Clara

Luxury Villa in Montemayor, Benahavís

Brand new villa with ultra modern design in Benahavís with sea views. Plot of 2.700m². Complete construction from foundations to final finishing in collaboration with Miclijor Group: Lijomi (architecture, interior design and project management), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Villa Vista Verde

Luxury Villa in La Quinta, Marbella

Complete renovation of this three storey villa in Andalusian style. Front line golf with sea views, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plot of 1.100 m². Project in synergy with Miclijor Group: Lijomi (interior design), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Villa Los Arcos

Luxury Villa in Mijas

Complete renovation of an old Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas. Plot of 1.800 m². Five bedrooms, each one with bathroom en suite and pool house in the same style. Original exterior features were preserved. Project by Miclijor Group: Lijomi (architecture, interior design and project management), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Villa Del Monte

Luxury Villa in Cascada de Camoján, Marbella

We are currently building this brand new villa with sea views in one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Marbella. It stands out for its cantilever swimming pool and garage for a private collection of oldtimers. Plot of 2.700m². In collaboration with Miclijor Group: Lijomi (project management), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Villa Celestial

Luxury Villa in Marbella East

We are completely transforming this dilapidated Spanish villa into a contemporary luxury residence, located within walking distance to the beach. Investment project with demolition starting end of January 2026 and delivery scheduled for July 2027. Nalipemi manages and executes the entire construction, in coordination with Miclijor Group: Lijomi (architecture, interior design and project management), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec. A comprehensive project that reflects our ability to manage complex works with defined deadlines.

Villa Trópico

Luxury Villa in El Paraiso Barronal, Estepona

We are comprehensively renovating this old Spanish villa in El Paraíso Barronal, within walking distance to the beach. Plot of 920 m², with special attention to preserve the original essence and introduce a distinct tropical atmosphere. Project by Miclijor Group: Lijomi (architecture, interior design and project management), Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Villa Sueños

Luxury Villa in Las Brisas, Marbella

We are carrying out the integral transformation of an old villa in Las Brisas, with partial demolition and new construction over the existing structure, incorporating extensions to adapt it to current standards of design and comfort. Investment project developed together with a long term strategic partner. Plot of 1.750 m², with architecture, interior design and construction management by Lijomi, supported by Madulmus, Colpindec and Clindolec.

Born in 2012, inspired since 1920.

The story of Nalipemi begins with Peter Meirsman and his arrival in Spain in 2001.

With few tools, many sacrifices and a clear vision, he obtained his first licences and his first big job: a bungalow in El Rosario, which marked the beginning of an international expansion.

Today, we have operated in Marbella, London, the French Riviera, Geneva, Vienna, Dubai, Jakarta, Montenegro and Oman, developing projects in different markets and international contexts. Regardless of the location, we always maintain the same philosophy that defines the way we work:
