History
Founded on determination and trade
Founded in 2012 by Belgian entrepreneur Peter Meirsman, Nalipemi is the result of more than a decade of hard work, resilience and passion for high-end construction. After arriving in Spain in 2001, Peter started with finishing works until he obtained all the necessary licenses, which allowed him to consolidate his company and shape Nalipemi.
The beginnings were not easy. At one of the most decisive moments, Peter and his wife Nancy had to face great difficulties, having to make complex decisions that tested their determination in order to attend a key meeting with a potential client. They chose the journey, and that project in Puente Romano marked the turning point.
Since then, Nalipemi has grown to become a benchmark of honesty, precision and excellence, developing residential projects in exclusive areas of Marbella and commercial spaces for brands such as Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Prada, as well as international work in destinations such as London, Dubai and Oman.
Today, Nalipemi is synonymous with world-class craftsmanship and absolute commitment to every detail.
