Founded by Peter Meirsman. Architecture and interior design
Lijomi is the creative studio of Miclijor Group. Founded in 2020, it specialises in architecture, interior design and the selection of high-end design objects, translating each client's vision into spaces that are both personal and timeless.
Its showroom at the Marbella Club Hotel brings together prestigious international brands such as minotticucine, Miyazaki Chair Factory and Atelier Alain Ellouz, presented in an atmosphere of calm and elegance that reflects the studio's philosophy.
Lijomi works in perfect synergy with Nalipemi, ensuring that architectural intent and constructional precision are aligned from concept to completion.
Carpentry and joinery
Madulmus is the Miclijor Group's joinery workshop. Founded in 2021, it combines traditional techniques with contemporary precision to create bespoke joinery for both interiors and exteriors.
His work ranges from furniture and kitchens to doors, gates, wall panels and decorative elements. Each piece is designed and built to enhance the architectural harmony of its surroundings, bringing warmth, depth and timeless quality to each space.
Madulmus handles every stage with care, from wood selection to final installation, ensuring that each creation reflects the perfect balance between craftsmanship and design.
Maintenance and cleaning
Limantecon is the maintenance and care team of Miclijor Group. Founded in 2022, it specialises in the preservation of luxury properties, offering professional cleaning, maintenance and surface treatment services.
As the only certified Kärcher dealer between Estepona and Málaga and a partner of FILA Surface Care Solutions, Limantecon combines practical experience with premium technology. Its services range from residential maintenance to the cleaning of technical installations such as solar panels, vehicle fleets and industrial spaces, as well as specialised surface protection treatments.

Clindolec is the technical installation specialist of the Miclijor Group. Founded in 2022, it offers fully integrated electrical, ventilation and plumbing solutions designed for the most demanding residential and commercial projects.

Colpindec is the Miclijor Group's painting and decoration team. Founded in 2023, it represents craftsmanship brought back full circle, a painting and wall decoration company born from the same family tradition that once served Belgian royalty.

Its services cover all types of interior, exterior and decorative painting, as well as special treatments such as textured coatings, wall highlights and artistic effects.
