The Beginnings
One man, one van, one vision
In 2001, Peter Meirsman arrived in Spain with 28 years, his wife Nancy, a van full of tools and an unshakeable conviction: hard work would eventually open doors. He left behind a prosperous life in Belgium to pursue something bigger, to build his own path on the Costa del Sol.
The early years were not easy. Without the necessary licences to carry out large-scale construction work, Peter spent three years focusing on finishing work, waiting patiently until he obtained his full credentials in 2004. These were years of learning, adapting and persevering in a competitive market where being a foreigner presented an additional challenge.
But Peter never lost faith. Every project, no matter how small, was executed with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that would later define Nalipemi.
The turning point
The decision that changed everything
There was a time when Peter and Nancy found themselves trapped by severe financial pressure. Even so, they decided to go ahead and trust their vision, visiting a potential client who would change the course of everything. That trip led to Nalipemi's first big contract: a bungalow in Puente Romano, a project that marked the beginning of everything.
From that point on, Peter's reputation grew rapidly. Known for his honesty, precision and straightforward approach, he began to earn the trust of clients who valued quality above all else. He continued with two companies: one specialising in finishing, the other in construction, building step by step the infrastructure and expertise that would later consolidate into a single vision.
The Birth of Nalipemi
Two companies, one vision
In 2012, Peter's two companies merged to form Nalipemi. They were no longer separate operations; they were a single entity with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional luxury construction with absolute integrity.
The company quickly established itself as a trusted name in Marbella's high-end construction scene. Projects grew in scale and complexity, from villas in the most prestigious urbanisations to commercial spaces for international luxury brands. Each project reflected the values Peter had cultivated from the outset: uncompromising quality, meticulous attention to detail and total commitment to the client's vision.
International Expansion
From Marbella to the world
With Nalipemi established in Spain, Peter's vision expanded across borders. Projects began to arrive from the Côte d'Azur, London, Dubai, Geneva, Vienna, Jakarta and Montenegro, each adapted to the local culture, climate and architectural style without losing Nalipemi's characteristic refinement.
The crowning moment came between 2015 and 2017 with the prestigious Oman project. A milestone that not only transformed the company financially, but also cemented Nalipemi's position as a serious international competitor in high-end construction. It was confirmation that quality, integrity and commitment transcend borders.

Today, Nalipemi's portfolio encompasses residential developments in Marbella's most prestigious urbanisations such as La Zagaleta, Cascada de Camoján and Puente Romano, as well as high-profile commercial spaces for brands such as Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Prada and the Lijomi showroom.
What began as a small business built on determination and passion has evolved into a company recognised for its integrity, precision and ability to deliver world-class craftsmanship anywhere in the world.
